When Danny Wimmer Presents (DWP) brought back Bourbon & Beyond to Louisville in 2021, they were looking for a local partner to enhance local, regional and national for the Festival as well as help manage over 200 credentialed on-site media during the event itself.

Our team worked closely on announcements including lineups, set times, and ticketing updates and also managed their local/regional influencer campaign to help increase ticket sales and awareness in the market. We also helped get the word out about local community events supporting the Festival as well as charitable initiatives for DWP.
The Results
- Bourbon & Beyond 2024 had record-setting attendance with over 200,000 over the four days.
- Our team helped secure over $100 million in online and print publicity value, with a total TV audience of over $27 million leading up to and during the Festival.
