With over 10 years of public relations and marketing experience, Lynsey is co-founder of Lemonade PR. Holding a degree in Integrated Strategic Communications from the University of Kentucky, Lynsey brings a wide range of client and media relations experience to Lemonade.
Lynsey's experience includes working with teams of all sizes to maximize media placements and strategy to reach client's public relations goals. Whether it is driving traffic to a grand opening, announcing a new product launch or pushing the latest events and news. Her works spans multiple industries including healthcare, college athletics, restaurant, hospitality, small business, and retail. At her previous agency, she served as the head of the media department where she managed media relations and reporting for multiple clients and worked with the account managers to secure earned media in print, digital and television outlets both locally and nationally.
During the Muhammad Ali memorial, Lynsey led media relations with the over 800 credentialed members of the press from all over the world. She has secured media placements for clients in the Chicago Tribune, NBC News, ESPN.com, and the Huffington Post.
As the co-founder of Lemonade PR, Danielle brings more than a decade of public relations agency experience coupled with the same amount of time in the influencer marketing space. Energetic, motivated and always on the hunt for the newest idea or innovation, she also runs the Louisville-centric style blog and instagram Lou What Wear.
A story-teller and writer at heart, Danielle marries her journalism background and blogging experience to work with clients on authentic influencer campaigns, engaging and unique marketing blitzes or a strong social media presence. Her eye for detail has lead to successful content creation partnerships with a variety of brands including Old Forester, Woodford Reserve, Coopers' Craft and Sonoma-Cutrer.
Her career includes success for national brands, like Tiffany & Co. and Moet & Chandon, on a local level and local brands, like 21c Museum Hotel, on a national level. Her experience includes work in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, retail, politics, construction, event management and more. Her influencer marketing experience has provided strong, ROI-driven results for clients across the Brown-Forman portfolio of brands alongside local brands like Kentucky Proud, The Bellwether Hotel, the Belle of Louisville and more.
Most notably, she spent more than 8 years planning the memorial for Muhammad Ali, including drafting the initial plan and overseeing the execution of the plan. Along with her business partner, Lynsey, Danielle managed all national and international media throughout the weeklong celebration of life.
Layla is the glue that holds the Lemonade team together. A solution-oriented thinker with a quick wit and infectious personality, Layla heads up influencer marketing and content creation for a number of clients in the hospitality, tourism and spirits industries. In her own words, “perpetually online” she keeps us up to date with the latest trends, viral videos and pop culture news.
Layla is the point person on all of Lemonade’s extensive influencer marketing work where she has developed and managed high-performing collaborations for Woodford Reserve, Old Forester, the Kentucky Derby, Jack & Coke, and Diplomatico Rum. Equally adept at working with mega talent and micro influencers, Layla manages locally-based campaigns for clients like Seviche, Clayton & Crume, Repeal and Hotel Distil, Porch and the Louisville Marriott Downtown and Puttshack most recently. Her skill with managing and executing campaigns has helped grow Lemonade’s influencer work more than 200% in the last year.
In addition, Layla plays a pivotal role in all of our content creation work where she has coordinated shoots for Old Forester, Woodford Reserve, Finlandia, Sonoma-Cutrer, Hotel Distil and Louisville Marriott Downtown. Her keen eye, organizational skills, attention to detail and positive attitude ensure every shoot goes off without a hitch.
A 2021 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Strategic Communications, Layla took her communications and social media skills to Board & You where she managed a variety of roles including product development, social media content creation, online community management, special events coordination and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Outside of Lemonade, you can find her hanging with her Golden Retriever Basil, reading (ask her for book recs!) or binge-watching reality TV. If her out of office is up, chances are she’s on another bachelorette trip!
Along with an effervescent positive attitude, Franci brings a wealth of social media content creation, media relations and marketing experience to the Lemonade team. Franci creates compelling content for all of our social media clients as well as using her extensive design and organizational skills to manage clients like the Louisville Marriott Downtown and Puttshack. Her love of sports and experience around media relations are essential to our work on grand openings, large scale events and on-going public relations efforts.
A 2019 graduate of the University of Louisville with a degree in Sports Administration, Franci honed her skills while working at the Louisville Bats as the social media manager responsible for creating scroll-stopping content for the AAA baseball team. A sports fan through and through, she has also gained experience through social media internships with both Perfect Game USA and the University of Louisville baseball team.
Her keen eye and knowledge also allowed her to turn her creative passion into a personal brand with her account Pop_Polished. Over the course of three years, she has organically amassed a following of over 80,000 who come to her for creative nail art inspiration. She has successfully monetized the account and partnered with brands like OPI, Lights Lacquer, SuperGoop, DND Gel and more.
Prior to joining Lemonade, she served as Director of Marketing for The David Bauer Team, Southern Indiana’s top real estate team. Her work there included a complete overhaul of the company’s brand identity, development of a comprehensive marketing strategy and tool kit as well as creating on-going digital and print collateral, social media brand management, email communications, branding and design.
When she’s not working you can find her listening to Taylor Swift (she does that when she’s working too 🙂), reading and playing with her cats.
